At Cornbread & Roses (CBR), we believe we share more similarities than differences.

CBR was founded by a small group of queer and queer-allied individuals. Our main goal is to provide a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community in Jackson County, where everyone feels accepted and understood.

In Appalachia, we’ve always helped our neighbors in need. We think sharing cornbread is the best way to foster awareness, education, and love. We invite anyone who supports our values of community and acceptance to join us. Everyone deserves both bread and roses!
